1. Website/Webpage Create

You are solely responsible for the Websites and WebPages you create and they must not contain obscene text or images. If this should occur Kennedy Data Center (KDC) has the right to disable your Service immediately without notice. You are responsible for making sure that your UserID and Password is kept confidential and only given to who you may want to have access. You are responsible for who you give access to your service, therefore if someone else accesses your service and deletesWebsites or Webpage, KDC is not responsible. KDC will do everything in its ability to make sure no unauthorized access is entered into your service. KDC will also provide daily backups in case emergency situations arise which you will be responsible for contacting KDC for support.

2. Copyright

The KDCweb software is owned and copyrighted by Kennedy Data Center and may not be copied, distributed, or shared by third-party software. You may upload or download photos that you create for your Websites or Webpages.

3. Termination

payment is not made
inappropriate Websites/Webpages are created
inappropriate content or images are added
illegal use or publishing of Websites or WebPages

4. Service Fees

You are responsible for making your payments on time based on the Due Date. KDC will electronically send you an invoice based on you service sign up plan you choose. In the event that KDC does not receive your payment by the DueDate KDC will send a second notice and if no funds are received KDC has the right to disable your Service until funds are received.
